  • Start: Ask open-ended leading questions. For e.g. “I noticed from your email that you’re interested in backing up Salesforce. May I know what spurred your requirement?” 

  • Middle: Ask about the competition. Look in the battle card for differentiators per feature. Then position yourself accordingly. 

  • End: with details of next steps and the CTA. After call send pricing, setup another demo, and/or help them setup the trial.
